Killers of the Flower Moon, directed by Martin Scorsese, was nominated for seven Golden Globes. The fact that it stars Leonardo DiCaprio and Robert De Niro, that it is based on a series of mysterious deaths of indigenous people that happened in the United States in the 1920s, and that it is a blockbuster of over three hours means that it will be released in October 2023. It was a hot topic even before its release.
The story revolves around the Osage Indian tribe, who became wealthy when oil was discovered on a reservation in the southern state of Oklahoma, and the white people who settled there to "manage" their wealth, but in reality, to exploit it. This leads to a tragic end. The film is based on the best-selling book of the same name and a true story.

Lily has educated many people about human rights.
Lily Gladstone plays an Osage woman in the film. Her father has Blackfeet and Nez Perce Indian roots, and Lily grew up on a Blackfeet reservation in Montana.

In addition to posts showcasing the Native women who built America, the feed includes a memorial to the discovery of the bodies of 215 children at the site of a Native American boarding school in Canada in 2021 and a post about Juneteenth, which celebrates the abolition of slavery in the US, on 19 June, as well as a post protesting the hatred of Asians during the coronavirus pandemic.
